All-in-all a very satisfying experience. From the moment that John helped us with a reasonable quote and advised us on what to do (best fit with the house style) and not to do (not cost-effective solution), we knew that we were in good hands. Sean and Colin, the men who removed our old window and installed the new one, were fantastic. They were on time, efficient, and incredibly detailed. I want to let you know about our recent business dealings replacing 14 windows with new triple pane Strassburger windows supplied & installed by GLASS CANADA. Sales reps John Krzic and Rob Coulthard were professional, responsive, and informative at the outset of our purchasing process.
